Partnering with me to host a creative pop-up event at your business is easy! Here’s how the process works:

HOW TO BOOK YOUR

CRAFTING POP-UP PARTY

1.REACH OUT

CLICK HERE to send a quick message with a few details- your business name, location,and ideal date. I’ll be in touch with you in a timely manner to go over your request.

2. CHOOSE THE PERFECT CRAFT

I’ll recommend a selection of craft projects that fit your space, brand, and audience. You can also just skip this step and leave it up to me to decide. Projects are designed to be fun, beginner-friendly, and easy to manage in your environment.

3.GET A CUSTOM QUOTE

I’ll provide a personalized quote that includes all crafting materials, setup and hands-on facilitation-no surprises (well maybe some good ones), just stress-free planning!

4. CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING

We’ll finalize the date, event flow, ticket pricing, and promotional strategies.

5.PROMOTE THE EVENT

Leave it to me! I will promote through social media and provide a ticketing setup (if needed). You’re welcome to promote in-store or online-I’ll help make it easy!

5. Pop-Up Day

On the day of the event, I’ll arrive 45-60 minutes early to set up the crafting space. I will provide all materials, lead the activity, and take care of cleanup- so you focus on your customers and enjoy the experience! Events typically run 1.5-2 hours , depending on the project and group size.

CRAFTING POP-UP PARTY EVENT CHECKLIST

WHAT YOU PROVIDE(Host Responsibilities):

  • A suitable crafting space

  • Tables and chairs

  • Access to power outlets or water (if needed for the selected craft)

  • Any food, drinks, cake, or non-craft related entertainment (or in-store purchases)

  • Communciation of any special needs, or access notes

WHAT I PROVIDE (Facilitator Responsibilities):

  • All craft materials and supplies

  • Tablecloths and drop cloths

  • Setup and Cleanup of the craft area

  • Step-by-step craft instruction and support

  • A fun, mess-managed experience

  • Each guest goes home with their own handmade creation!
