HOW TO BOOK YOUR
CRAFTING PARTY
1.REACH OUT
CLICK HERE to request a booking with your party details-the date, location, age of the kids, party theme and craft requests. I’ll be in touch with you in a timely manner to go over your request.
2. CHOOSE THE PERFECT CRAFT
We will collaborate on the perfect craft for your child’s age, interests, and party theme.
3.GET A CUSTOM QUOTE
I’ll provide a personalized quote that includes all crafting materials, setup and hands-on facilitation-no surprises (well maybe some good ones), just stress-free planning!
4. CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
Once you’re ready to book, I’ll walk you through the payment process. Payment due in full at time of booking.
5. PARTY TIME
I’ll arrive early to set up the crafting station and guide the kids through a creative, mess-managed activity. Every guest leaves with a handmade keepsake- and lots of smiles!
CRAFTING PARTY EVENT CHECKLIST
WHAT YOU PROVIDE(Host Responsibilities):
A suitable party space (home, backyard, ore rented venue)
Tables and chairs for kids to comfortably craft
Access to power outlets or water (if needed for the selected craft)
Any food, drinks, cake, or non-craft related entertainment
Final guest count at least 5 days before the party
Communciation of any special needs, allergies, or access notes
WHAT I PROVIDE (Facilitator Responsibilities):
All craft materials and supplies
Tablecloths and dropcloths supplied
Setup and Cleanup of the craft area
Step-by-step craft instruction and support
A fun, mess-managed experience
Each child goes home with their own handmade creation!

*Each crafting party is unique, and pricing is based on craft project selected and any custom touches or add-ons you’d like.
*Prices range from $20 to $30 a crafter.

Basic Favor Bags: A sweet and simple thank-you! Includes a small craft or toy, treat, and themed packaging. $3-$5 each
Standard Favor Bags: A fun mix of creativity and play! Includes a DIY mini craft or art supply, small toy or sensory item, and a thank-you tag in a themed bag-$6-$8 each
Premium Favor Bags: A deluxe gift your guests will love! Includes a personalized item (like a mini paint kit), full-size craft or toy, and coordinated packaging-$12 and up each

-No need to sketch- kids paint directly on a fun, ready-to-go canvas design.(personalization available)
*CRAFTING STATIONS-Give your party guests the freedom to create! Crafting workstations are set up with a variety of fun, hands-on projects to choose from-so everyone can pick something they’re excited about. Each station is fully stocked with all the supplies needed, and guidance is available every step of the way.
*RECYCLED ART -In this hands-on activity, kids will use recycled materials like egg cartons, cardboard tubes, scrap paper, and more to create fun and imaginative art.
*BURLAP CRAFTS-Kids will get crafty with burlap- a fun textured fabric that’s perfect for hands-on art! They will decorate burlap scraps, wall hangings with paint, stencils, stickers, buttons, and more.
*PAINT AND PLANT-In this hands-on activity, kids will paint and decorate their own flower pots using colorful paints, stickers, and embellishments. Then they’ll plant a real flower, succulent, or seeds inside.
